Shipping And Duties

We currently offer two shipping options within East Africa: Standard and Expedited using Dhl Express.

The cost for Standard shipping is currently $13.99 and the cost for Expedited shipping is currently $19.99.

Standard shipments delivered within the Contiguous Dar es salaam Tanzania are 3-7 business days and Expedited shipments are between 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipments delivered to Nairobi Kenya, Kampala Uganda, and Kigali Rwanda are 5-9 business days and Expedited shipments are between 4-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges may determined by the size and weight of the shipment as well as the destination. Prices do not include freight charges, taxes or duties. If duties are required for an order to be imported, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay such duties or import fees.  For orders placed online, freight charges are calculated at checkout. 


All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Authorized pre-approved company purchase orders may be invoiced to the company on an approval basis.


Physical street addresses must be provided for all orders, as we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Standard items ship within three to ten business days depending on your location. 

Noobites operates 6 days a week, and keeps standard business hours. If your order is placed before 1:00 pm EAT, everything is in stock will ship that day. Orders received after 1:00 pm EAT, will ship within the next business day.

Changing an order after it has been submitted

We’re sorry, orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfilment process we are unable to modify it. 

We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of the cases our faster processing time work to your advantage.

Our products are subject to high levels of quality control.  Our warranty guarantees the product is free from defect in material and workmanship.  Neither Noobites nor any other insect protection product can guarantee complete protection from insects, insect bites, or related reactions or diseases. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your Noobites purchases.  If you decide that you don't want to keep an item, an exchange can be made for the same item in a different size or color.  All merchandise that is returned for an exchange must be in the same condition as it was received and must include the original packaging in good condition. 

If you want to make an exchange, please contact contact@noobites and tell us how many items you want to return and the reason.  Include the following information from the Packing List for each item that is to be returned:  Item No, Description, Color, Size and Unit Price.  

Also let us know what item(s) you want to order as an exchange. You can make an even exchange or place a larger order.  You will be charged the difference if your order amounts to more than your return.  Our customer service representative will e-mail instructions for the return and confirmation of your exchange order, including any amount owed.  Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return freight charge, but a credit for the full cost of the item will be returned to your card upon our receipt of the goods in salable condition.  Please complete the return form to submit your request. 

Sorry, we will not accept returns more than 14 days after receipt of the product.
